  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

Ethnic wear involves delicate craftsmanship; hence strict quality checks are followed.

  • Clear photos of the product (if requested)

Return requests raised after the 3-day window will not be entertained.

Only after successful inspection will the return be approved.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after return approval

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment gateway

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Exchange requests follow the same return conditions and inspection process

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

8. Final Decision
